We had a great meeting with a group of young people via Microsoft Teams. It was inspiring to hear about their aspirations for the future. Their thoughts on how the lockdown experience had been for them was helpful – the highs and the lows – as well as their concerns around exams. We also talked about the impact of virtual assemblies, class bubbles and socially distanced classes.

We hope to explore what issues they would like to raise at the Advisory Group, what concerns them moving forward e.g. opportunities beyond school, challenges with the new virtual world and workshops young people would find helpful.
