General Health and Wellbeing Resources

Chat Health a service for young people offering advice and support about health-related issues. It is a secure, anonymous and confidential text messaging service for young people aged 11-19 years. It will be available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30 pm. It allows young people to easily and anonymously get in touch with a healthcare professional for advice and support. The text number for this service is 07480 635517.

Terrence Higgins Trust Milton Keynes offer a wide range of sexual health and advice services to anyone up to the age of 25. 

Young People’s Drug and Alcohol Service (formerly Compass) offers a range of specialist support including drug and alcohol prevention interventions.

Kooth is an online Counselling and Emotional Wellbeing support for Children and Young People aged 11-19yrs  in Milton Keynes.

Youth Information Service (YiS) provides a free and confidential BACP accredited counselling service for young people aged 11-21 who live, learn or work in Milton Keynes or the surrounding areas.

  • Early Support Hubs provide a drop-in service for young people aged 11+ who would like a safe space to access support for their mental health and wellbeing without needing a referral or an appointment.
